Darren Tongue joins OMEX Horticulture in January 2018
Darren Tongue has joined OMEX Horticulture as Technical Sales Manager for the south of the UK. Darren started at the beginning of January following a very successful career for the last twenty years with Fargro.
Having spent 30 years in the horticultural industry, Darren comes to OMEX with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Well known in the industry, Darren joins OMEX’s growing team as the company continues to expand in this competitive and challenging sector. Edward Dickinson, Business Development Manager stated “I am delighted that Darren is joining our team. He will help to strengthen our business throughout Southern England, especially in the ornamental and soft fruit sector.”
Darren will be covering southern England from King’s Lynn to Birmingham and across to South Wales, advising on all aspects of crop nutrition in commercial horticulture. On joining the horticultural team at OMEX, Darren stated “I’m excited to start with OMEX and looking forward to working with my new colleagues, customers and helping to grow the business”
